“Really enjoyed my week here! Maria Jose provided through instructions that made finding the apartment and checking in a breeze. The apartment itself is within easy walking distance of multiple beaches, museums, restaurants, and more. I really appreciated the recommendations Maria Jose provided for things to do in San Juan, too. It was also way more spacious than I expected and, overall, felt like home. “Very accommodating. Great host. The place is near everything. We walked pretty much everywhere (night life, condado beach, Condado areas). Everything was check in and check out was smooth. Only thing is living room has no ac. So it’s pretty hot but it’s not terrible for the time we went. Beware for hotter months. Rooms all had ac. Bathrooms were good. Water pressure for shower wasn’t great but it’s fine.” - Noshin

It was warm and cozy, it felt like home with a soul :) everything you would need was there - all appliances in the kitchen, extra fresh water, clean bathroom with all basic necessities. “Maria’s place was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was easy to navigate the self check -in method. I love the outdoor patio. Very inviting and peaceful with lots of plants which I loved. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants jist a few blocks away. The beach is also a few blocks away. I felt safe walking at night but we pretty much Uber our way home in the evening for the most part. I highly recommend her place. I’d definitely go back and stay there again. If I have to make a comment about something, it will be that the room that’s facing the street, you can hear the cars passing through so if you’re a lite sleeper I recommend sleeping on the other room. Im from NYC so I’m sorta used to that type of background noises hehe.. Thanks Maria” - Syville

If you’re looking to explore Puerto Rico, this is the location to stay. The location is in the middle of all other cities and towns. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Close to La Placita, Isla Verda Beach and Viejo San Juan. The place is super clean. I would recommend with my eyes closed and would definitely return. The noise is expected as the apartment is in the city, no complaints at all. Maria Jose is so nice, helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for everything!!! - Dasha
