La Rosa de los Vientos, located right on McLeary Street, the heart of Ocean Park, is a two story house that accommodates 6 spacious apartments, all fully equipped and ready to welcome our guests to their most comfortable stay in San Juan. With beautiful Ocean Park beach just 3 blocks away and Loiza Street, with a vibrant restaurant scene one block away, you will find La Rosa de los Vientos to be a little oasis in the city.

La Rosa 18 is our sister project to La Rosa de los Vientos and is located in the Arts District of San Juan, just a 10 minute walk away from Condado Beach and one block away from PR’s Museum of Contemporary Art. With 4 newly renovated apartments, La Rosa 18 is the ideal place for the modern traveler looking to be immersed in the local art scene whilst still close to touristic ventures.

La Rosa Vallecillo is our newest addition to La Rosa Homes. It is one apartment located right at the intersection of three of the hippest neighborhoods in San Juan; Santurce, Condado & Ocean Park. Vallecillo is a European style building from 1930’s with a very tranquil and neighborly atmosphere.

La Rosa Kokai is our apartment in Cancún, Mexico. Located in the center of Cancún’s downtown area, you will be in a very residential and centric part of the city yet within minutes of its more touristic areas and hotel strip with its beautiful and attractive beaches.
